Role Overview
Product Marketing is a global team with more than 20 members serving as the primary marketing contact for investment teams by offering comprehensive end-to-end support for their marketing materials and communication needs. Examples include Presentations, Factsheets, Commentaries, Brochures, Profiles, External Communication, Market Reaction, and Website content. Product Marketing members leverage their specialised platform knowledge to deliver compelling stories, high-quality marketing materials, and enhance global reach. The team acts as a central hub, partnering with various stakeholders such as portfolio managers, product, compliance, channel marketing, design, digital, client coverage, and client reporting teams to deliver a diverse set of high-quality, compelling materials that accurately represent our investment teams, products, and the firm.
We are looking for an experienced team member to join our London office who will continually seek out opportunities to improve content quality and build efficient processes. The successful candidate must comprehend the Product Marketing role within an Asset Manager. The candidate will develop a relationship with the investment teams ensuring that all marketing materials are updated on a timely basis fulfilling business needs. The person will work closely with the Head of Product Marketing for EMEA & APAC and investment teams on standard materials for client opportunities and content creation process.
In this role you will be working mainly on Fixed Income with a focus on Investment Grade and Multi-Sector investment strategies offered to clients and prospects outside the US. You are the primary point of contact for the investment team within Marketing for all product related marketing content. You will be accountable for the timely creation and update of a diverse set of marketing materials by coordinating the process with multiple stakeholders. Additionally, you will have responsibilities to provide guidance to the other Product Marketing members and assisting on the broader product marketing message alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Fixed Income coverage with focus on Investment Grade and Multi-Sector markets direct influencing the global product narratives
- Collaborate closely with investment teams and channel marketing to distil complex strategies and market insights into clear, client‑centric materials, maintaining accuracy and relevance through ongoing updates aligned with current market dynamics and commercial priorities
- Manage marketing materials end‑to‑end, including intake, drafting, investment and compliance reviews, production, quality assurance, and distribution (e.g.: creating decks for new strategies, products or teams, developing brochures or flyers)
- Provide support to the Head of Product Marketing for EMEA & APAC
- Make key contributions to best practices across all processes to ensure standardisation and efficiencies
- Work closely with portfolio managers, sales, digital, compliance, and creative teams to ensure timely product positioning, consistent messaging, and strict regulatory adherence
- Manage a significant volume of varied marketing materials, demonstrating flexibility in prioritisation
- Partnering closely with the broader marketing organisation on strategic initiatives
- Ensure alignment between all relevant materials, including product webpages and presentations
- Cultivate and manage valuable relationships with internal teams: Investment Teams, Client Reporting, Compliance, Channel Marketing, Product, and Client Coverage
- Coordinate content updates with team members across different time zones
- Develop a deep understanding of the firm's product offerings and investment capabilities across multiple regions
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8+ years industry experience in product marketing with a focus in fixed income strategies. Undergraduate degree (e.g.: economics, finance, marketing, business) with strong financial background
- Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills required
- Data sourcing abilities (e.g.: Bloomberg, eVestment, Morningstar)
- Knowledge of Seismic preferred
- Knowledge Monday.com a plus
