Business & Position Overview:
Private Wealth oversees approximately $82 billion in assets for individuals, families, and charitable institutions. The Private Wealth Investment Group supports the investment process by contributing to comprehensive portfolio solutions, including strategic asset allocation (SAA) models, tactical asset allocation (TAA) recommendations, portfolio construction, and risk management. The team also produces macro / market research and thought leadership and partners on product and platform development initiatives for the Private Wealth business.
The Investment Strategy Analyst will support senior investment strategists in day-to-day work across multi-asset public and private markets. The role combines rigorous analysis, portfolio insights, and the creation of client-ready deliverables. Success requires strong analytical and quantitative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a willingness to learn across asset classes and investment vehicles.
Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with senior investment strategists to support customized multi-asset portfolio solutions, including strategic asset allocation reviews, portfolio construction analytics, and implementation considerations
Conduct market, manager and portfolio research, and have ability to organize and analyze to synthesize findings into clear conclusions and recommendations
Produce client-ready materials including portfolio analyses, market updates, and investment insights
Support private markets implementation by conducting detailed analysis of current holdings, asset allocation exposures, and liquidity / cash flow modeling
Maintain and update the team’s asset allocation, portfolio construction, and wealth simulation models
Respond to ad hoc analytical requests from the team and broader Private Wealth organization, including internal training and strategic initiatives
Experience & Skills Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
1-3 years of relevant experience in financial markets, investment research, portfolio analytics, or wealth management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable takeaways
Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and ability to execute independently while collaborating effectively on a team
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with market data platforms such as Bloomberg and / or FactSet

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $90,000-$100,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
