Summary
The Employee Platform team works across four primary pillars—Internal/Executive Communications, Corporate Social Responsibility, Employee Experience and Corporate Projects—delivering communications, programming and initiatives that support a cohesive employee experience and the firm’s widely recognized culture.
The team is looking to add an Employee Communications Analyst to support the delivery of communications and programming that strengthen Neuberger's employee experience, as well as help coordinate content across our internal communications platforms globally. The role will report to the Manager, Employee Communications.
Responsibilities
- Support employee-related communications (i.e., write, edit and distribute) for Human Capital Management, Corporate Social Responsibility and employee and culture-related programming.
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee-related programming and initiatives, including employee resource group events, commemoration months, employee connectivity initiatives and firm clubs and teams.
- Leverage Neuberger’s internal communications platforms to raise awareness of employee-related programming, benefits and perks.
- Maintain the global Employee Experience programming schedule tracker to ensure accuracy and visibility.
- Track and analyze programming data to measure reach and impact of employee initiatives and communications.
- Contribute to the firm’s social media content with a focus on highlighting our people and culture.
Qualifications
- Recent college graduates or candidates with up to two years of communications-related experience (programming experience a plus).
- BA/BS degree with strong academic record.
- Excellent communication skills; strong writer with proofreading and editing proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and able to work with various content management systems.
- Highly organized team player with ability to multitask, adapt to change and deliver under deadlines.
- Multimedia experience (e.g., creating/editing short videos) is a plus.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $65,000-$75,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement, life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
