What is the opportunity?

This role is an opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a fast-paced team and support the development and delivery of a new and expanded structured product offering across RBC Wealth Management Europe. The role will involve managing the day-to-day structured products functions including pricing, trade execution, lifecycle management, and governance reporting, in addition to opportunities to be involved in new product development, training, and other strategic initiatives.

What will you do?

  • Facilitate the pricing and execution of structured products across the RBC WM Europe platform.
  • Manage the structured products lifecycle management and ongoing support for client facing professionals including utilizing the relevant technology tools and platforms.
  • Assist in developing product and strategy training programs and relevant supporting educational and marketing materials for the structured products offering.
  • Develop efficient Management Information (MI) to ensure the business maintains efficient and relevant data of the team’s performance and to meet the requirements of Compliance and Governance stakeholders.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with structured products and derivatives
  • Strong understanding of, and interest in, financial markets
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint as well as other Microsoft Office applications
  • University degree level
  • Interest in or already working towards post-graduate qualifications (ex. CFA).

Nice to have

  • Programming languages (i.e. SQL, python) knowledge and hands-on experience.
  • Data science skills (e.g. PowerBi).
