What is the opportunity?
Within this role, you will be responsible for working with Business Change & Transformation (BC&T) colleagues and/or WME Senior Leaders to help deliver the end-to-end business change required through identified initiatives within the WME change agenda. This is a Senior Change Manager or Change Lead role that leads, or significantly contributes to, the management, planning, and execution of change requirements across the business to ensure the successful delivery of business initiatives and realisation of benefits.
What will you do?
- Lead material projects/workstreams and/or a portfolio of initiatives. This may include the leadership of, or supporting the leadership of, a tower workstream.
- Oversee the overall project/workstream planning, issue/risk management, budget tracking, timelines and other project activity following required governance standards as identified.
- Responsible for change management activity for projects including communication planning, stakeholder impact assessments, training and end user documentation.
- Manage business deliverables including business requirements, testing approach, use/test cases and business readiness planning.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders to drive consensus on the articulation, direction, and delivery of assigned initiatives.
- Communicate with Business Line, Functional, and Operational Units on all aspects of the project lifecycle from analysis through design through testing to change readiness and implementation.
- Engage with all applicable Technology teams and 3rd party suppliers, throughout the project lifecycle, including collaboration at key stages e.g. UAT issue management and issue resolution.
- Lead the business analysis, risk and issue management, and activity tracking, with a very good understanding of Waterfall and Agile project management and delivery methodologies.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Proven experience of working within Wealth Management or Private Banking businesses.
- Strong understanding of the needs of high net worth clients, products and services.
- Relevant degree, formal business qualification, or appropriate experience working in Programme, Project, or Change Management functions within global organisations.
- Strong commercial acumen, knowledge, and understanding of Financial Services.
- Proven experience of delivering data, process, and technology change within financial service organisations.
Nice-to-have
- High degree of knowledge and expertise in multiple business domains relevant to WME.
- Knowledge of Change Management Principles and Best Practices e.g. ADKAR.
