WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
A highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow IRM/BCM Architect to lead and contribute to the growth of our ServiceNow IRM/BCM practice. As a ServiceNow IRM/BCM Architect, you will play a vital role in helping our clients solve critical business challenges, enhance performance, and gain a competitive edge. In this role you work as a team member along with the Project Manager, Technical Architects and supporting team members to deliver the complete solution for the client. You will coordinate, develop, lead, communicate and execute activities to ensure objectives are accomplished accordingly and on time. You also will be responsible for the ServiceNow solution design of mapping business to systems/technical requirements.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Design ServiceNow IRM/BCM solutions for our clients while working closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements.
Consult and advise on IRM/BCM best practices.
Define the architecture of ServiceNow IRM/BCM implementations and oversee their deployment.
Develops architecture and solution designs to support stakeholder objectives including alignment with ServiceNow implementation best practices
Assesses effort and complexity of ServiceNow Enhancements via Demands or Projects.
Provide technical evaluation of ServiceNow Enhancements against ServiceNow platform
Collaborate with business partners, architects, and other groups to identify complex technical and functional needs of systems
Mentor ServiceNow developers on ServiceNow architecture and coding best practices
Create and recommend changes in development standards including design and coding standards
Look for opportunities to simplify code and existing or new architectures
Provide technical guidance in platform development and platform-wide solutions
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have:
Minimum 7 years’ experience working in the ServiceNow platform
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect
4+ years of experience in working in IRM domain, out of which minimum 2 years in the role of BCM Architect
Expertise in BCM processes: Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Planning, Exercise Management, Crisis Management.
Minimum 2 years Solution experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM and Integrations
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, HTML, AJAX, CSS, JSON
Excellent knowledge of CSDM 4.0 and ServiceNow CMDB structure
Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses
Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Nice-to-have:
Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance
Micro-Certification - Business Continuity Management
ITIL Foundations certification

The expected salary range for this particular position is $160,000 - $250,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
You have the potential to earn more through RBC’s discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
