Job Description
The Client Complaints Office is looking for a dynamic candidate to play an important role and contribute to a transformational initiative. In order to implement the changes made to the regulatory environment in which the Client Complaints Appeal Office operates, we are seeking a candidate that can bring a problem solving mindset, that can demonstrate leadership skills without having authority and that is interested in learning about change management.
What will you do?
- Support management with initiatives including support with client correspondence templates creation/revision and procedure reviews and preparation of revision proposals
- Support management with regulatory changes/initiatives
- Provide support with data/compliance verification
- Support and reinforce targeted behaviours that contribute to RBC goals.
- Accept and successfully execute change (processes, tools) while keeping a focus on business priorities.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Bilingual (English/French). Strong written and verbal skills in both languages
- Preferably, experience in roles involving client contact and conflict resolution or change management, project management, compliance, audit or administration.
- Detail oriented and ability to work well without direct daily supervision

Nice-to-have
