What is the Opportunity?

Provide business management to support the Lead Business Manager in support of the US Risk Office.

What will you do?

• Assist with annual budgeting and planning process

• Help with technology and reporting projects

• Act as a point person for the US Risk Office

• Maintain and manage the real estate portfolio for US Risk Office

• Headcount reconciliations, organizational chart updates

What do you need to succeed?

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-4 years of experience in a similar role

• Organized, detail-oriented, and critical thinker

• Strong oral and written communication skills, with high level of professionalism

• Excellent interpersonal skills allowing effective and professional ability to accept accountability, assume leadership and demonstrate initiative

• Comfortable working and communicating with senior level managers across the organization

• Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, autonomous & highly motivated with ability to multi-task productively and work independently and collaboratively

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize projects and workload

• High ethics and integrity

The expected salary range for this particular position is $80,000-$135,000 (New Jersey), depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.

You have the potential to earn more through RBC’s discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
