What is the opportunity?
Providing the first point of contact for all technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution and appropriate escalation when necessary. Your efforts will be vital in maintaining optimal system performance and achieving high levels of user satisfaction across RBC BlueBay.
What will you do?
- Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support and triage of all incidents and requests reported to the RBC BlueBay Service Desk.
- Exceptional communication skills across all electronic platforms and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across all key platforms including desktop, laptops, mobile devices, Citrix, Windows, M365 and in-house applications.
- Log, respond and resolve requests and incidents. Ongoing monitoring of own ticket queue, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
- Support the delivery of key projects and initiatives.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
- Previous experience in a user facing technology support role
- Strong communication skills and proven methodical troubleshooting background.
Nice-to-have:
- Foundational IT qualifications such as those provided by Microsoft (eg. AZ-900)
- Experience of ServiceNow
- Familiarity of networking and security concepts
