What is the opportunity?

You will be providing a broad range of financial analyses and information on an accurate and timely basis to business management in order to enable assessment of performance against financial and strategic objectives.

What will you do?

• Develop, manage and run working relationships with designated businesses

• Produce annual plans, multi period outlooks and periodic forecasts for designated businesses covering revenues, costs, balance sheets and regulatory/statistical metrics and measures

• Produce periodic analyses and reporting to the businesses

• Produce regional segment level financial information including estimates, flash financials and financial packs covering summary financials, business unit analyses, commentaries, performance metrics and trend analyses

• Produce regular and ad hoc financial information to supplement other departments such as CEO/COO offices, Risk/HR/ALCO Committees, HO requests etc.

• Continually seek to derive efficiencies and automation opportunities within performance Management functions and processes.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• A recognised professional accountancy qualification

• Strong post-qualification experience

• Strong academic education to degree level or equivalent

• Experience in business advisory capacity

• Excellent communication skills

• Robust MS Office application skills especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-have

• Capital Markets business and products experience

• FP&A experience

• VBA/programming skills.
