WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AV Support Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our audio-visual systems. As an AV and Collaboration Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of cutting-edge technologies, including video conferencing, digital signage, IPTV, and live event support. You will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation, maintenance, and operation of these systems across our organization. This is a unique chance to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional audio-visual experiences, and to contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance collaboration and communication across our organization.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Provide technical support and expertise for the implementation, maintenance, and operation of audio-visual systems, including video conferencing, digital signage, IPTV, and live event support
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with AV systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, develop, and implement new AV solutions that meet business needs and enhance collaboration and communication
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on AV systems to ensure they remain current and secure
- Develop and maintain documentation of AV systems, including technical guides, user manuals, and troubleshooting procedures
- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of AV systems, ensuring they are comfortable and confident using the technology
- Work with external vendors and suppliers to procure and install new AV equipment, ensuring that it meets organizational standards and requirements
- Analyze and report on AV system performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending upgrades or modifications as needed to optimize system efficiency and effectiveness
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have:
- Strong technical knowledge of audio-visual systems, including video conferencing, digital signage, IPTV, and live event support
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
- Proficiency in AV system design, installation, and configuration, with experience working with various AV equipment and technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide technical support and training to end-users and collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with AV system management software, such as Crestron or AMX, to streamline system configuration and monitoring
- Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework, to enhance incident management and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, to better understand AV system integration with network infrastructure
- Certification in AV industry standards, such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) or CIE (Certified Installation Engineer), to demonstrate expertise and commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $65,000-$115,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
