What is the opportunity?
Join RBC as a Financial Education Associate, within the newly developed LeoCorps program., You will be guided to start your career for all the possibilities that RBC WM US and the financial services industry has to offer. At the conclusion of this three-year program, you will have options to become a next-generation financial advisor, branch professional, or within a corporate functions career. This program targets high-potential individuals interested in joining the financial services industry with a passion for growing, sharing their knowledge and that have an entrepreneurial spirit.
What will you do?
- Study for and pass FINRA exams (SIE, 7 and 66) within six months of start date.
- Conduct financial empowerment, and other financial education seminars within the community and with clients.
- Learn to present, market and enhance the marketing materials for financial education seminars in a way that drives engagement and attendance.
- Complete CRM duties to ensure documentation of seminar activities and a smooth handoff of prospects to advisors.
- Participation in rotational experiences across all of RBC WM US within all areas of our business.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $55,000-$94,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
You have the potential to earn more through RBC’s discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
