What is the opportunity?
The Marketing Technical Systems Manager will be responsible for developing, growing and maintaining best-in-class marketing enablement platforms for the Wealth Management business.
Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with marketing systems such as Seismic and Salesforce, alongside knowledge of workflow tools such as Wrike.
What will you do?
Own Seismic end-to-end, including both the existing setup within the intermediaries team and any future enhancements across the business.
Work with technology partners, both 3rd party and internal stakeholders and SMEs to implement new marketing technology within the Wealth Management marketing team and across the business. These include but are not exhaustive to Seismic, Salesforce, and Wrike.
Build and maintain comprehensive documentation and system governance for all marketing technology used within the team, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
Lead training and enablement initiatives to maximise adoption and best practices across Seismic, Salesforce, and Wrike for marketing, sales, and client-facing teams.
Support and manage cross-platform integration efforts, ensuring seamless connectivity between Seismic, Salesforce, Wrike, and other relevant systems.
Provide primary support for all marketing technology, including problem resolution, builds, updates, and maintenance.
Manage stakeholder engagement across compliance, IT, and marketing teams to ensure effective use of marketing technology and alignment with business needs.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors to optimise contracts, service levels, and system improvements.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Experience in identifying and building new solutions in a cross-functional environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of Seismic or similar documentation management technology.
Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce.
Knowledge of workflow and capacity planning tools, ideally Wrike.
Experience developing and implementing a marketing technology roadmap to ensure tools are leveraged effectively.
Proven ability to create best practice guides, training materials, and onboarding plans for user adoption.
Nice-to-have
Financial services experience preferred.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Experience with data governance and system integrations is beneficial.
