What is the opportunity?
Partners across IT and with technology vendors to assess, research, and analyze business, technical and system needs to resolve business systems issues by implementing technology solutions that meet sponsor/stakeholder demands. Context is production support for Front Office order entry applications that have been brought under the Application Support & Maintenance Umbrella.
What will you do?
Lead production issues and support-based initiatives of various complexity, providing Tier 2 incident triage, diagnosis and resolution
Participation in Major Incident related meetings for WM-US space as needed, with emphasis on ERT and MIR meetings
Develops proposals for application and process improvements, through reporting on incident trends and analysis of escalated incident quality
Ensure compliance with incident SLA metrics as agreed with business
Provide assistance with business communications for major incidents, including acting as a resource for Tech System postings for wider WM-US needs
Provide suggestions and act as SME for support related enhancement items
Timely acknowledgement of production support requests and seeing them through to resolution. This includes creating and updating incident tickets, and performing PIV testing for change requests
Coordination with offshore support teams as required
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
2+ years providing technical support for production applications (Wealth Management Order Entry applications preferred)
Post-secondary education or equivalent
Nice to have:
Financial industry or operations experience
Familiarity with: ServiceNow or similar ITIL/ITSM platforms
Experience working with the following technologies: Windows, Java, MSSQL, .Net
Experience in Vendor Management or Business Relationship Management

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $50,000 - $85,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
