What is the opportunity?

You will be the Executive Assistant and Business Management Associate who will directly support the CFO, Wealth Management Europe and the VP, International Treasurer.

The position will play a critical role in helping Finance leadership execute on all administrative tasks as well as support the delivery of multiple strategic initiatives across the teams.

The role will be responsible for diary management, delivery of cultural and employee engagement initiatives and project management of ad hoc deliverables as required.

You will also act as secretary for multple Finance and Business led committees and be responsible for minute taking and coordinating related deliverables and events.

You will spend roughly 35% of your time in an Executive Assistant capacity, and 65% of your time in a Business Management function.

This position is full time and will require you to work a minimum of 4 days in the office per week with the option to work one day from home.

What will you do?

Executive Assistant

  • Diary management for the CFO and International Treasurer

  • Coordination across the wider teams in relation to office capacity, upcoming team events and vacation schedules

  • Administer routine internal team meetings and leadership committees

  • Lead all other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Business Management & Governance

  • Establish employee committees to enhance team building and collaboration across the group

  • Monitor employee training to ensure regulatory compliance and suggest employee training initiatives to further develop talent

  • Lead on CFO and International Treasurer social committees

  • Coordinate townhalls and provide materials as appropriate

  • Act as secretary on a number of a high-profile Finance committees

  • Track and monitor key strategic initiatives across the teams providing status updates to Finance leadership

  • Administer monthly governance processes ensuring completeness and accuracy of delivery.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Strong relevant experience in a similar role

  • Experience in problem solving technology-related issues

  • Built effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to create compelling and clear presentation decks.
