What is the opportunity?

In this role you will develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Java. Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces following Android UI design principles. Implement and maintain applications using MVVM architecture for clean and maintainable code and build modern, declarative UIs using Jetpack Compose. You will utilize coroutines and Flow for asynchronous programming and reactive data streams. Integrate and manage Dependency Injection (DI) frameworks like Dagger or Hilt. Handle the complete app deployment process, including signing, versioning, and uploading to the Google Play Store. You will also write and maintain unit tests using JUnit and Mockito to ensure application reliability and robustness.

What will you do?

Android Development:

• Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces following Android UI design principles.
• Implement and maintain applications using MVVM architecture for clean and maintainable code.
• Build modern, declarative UIs using Jetpack Compose.
• Utilize coroutines and Flow for asynchronous programming and reactive data streams.
• Integrate and manage Dependency Injection (DI) frameworks like Dagger or Hilt.
• Handle the complete app deployment process, including signing, versioning, and uploading to the Google Play Store.
• Write and maintain unit tests using JUnit and Mockito to ensure application reliability and robustness.

iOS Development:

• Develop and maintain iOS applications using Swift.
• Leverage core iOS frameworks such as UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data, and Core Animation to build feature-rich applications.
• Integrate RESTful APIs seamlessly into iOS applications.
• Apply design patterns such as MVC, MVVM, MVP, and VIPER to create scalable and maintainable codebases.
• Manage dependencies using Swift Package Manager and maintain version control with Git.
• Utilize continuous integration platforms like Jenkins and GitHub Actions to streamline development workflows.
• Ensure applications adhere to Apple's Human Interface Guidelines for optimal usability and design.
• Handle the complete app deployment process, including provisioning profiles, certificates, and submission to the App Store.

Web Development:

• Design and develop user interfaces using Angular best practices and latest front-end technologies.
• Write Typescript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Make complex technical and design decisions for Angular projects.
• Develop application code and unit tests in Angular
• Integrate with Restful APIs.
• Build complex forms
• Provide support for applications.
• Work with Tech Leads and Senior developers to implement performant and scalable solutions.
• Perform code reviews.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-Have:

• 8+ Years of over all experience.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java for Android development.
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles and modern development tools like Jetpack Compose, coroutines, and Flow.
• Expertise in Swift for iOS development, with a deep understanding of frameworks like UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data, and Core Animation.
• Experience with RESTful API integration and backend communication.
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVC, MVP, and VIPER.
• Familiarity with Dependency Injection (DI) frameworks for Android and Swift Package Manager for iOS.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with NodeJS.
• Experience with other frontend frameworks (React, Vue, AngularJS)
• Experience working on cloud native solutions would be an asset
• Any one of the following will be an asset: AWS, GitHub, OpenShift, Agile, Confluence, JIRA
• Exposure to GenAI tools and best practices.
