What is the opportunity?
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, performance and continuous improvement of our customer-facing website. You will play a critical role in ensuring our site delivers an exceptional digital experience, aligns with brand standards and meets regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will define and drive growth objectives for Public Website engagement, aligning with the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to enhance user experience and promote website adoption. By optimizing website usage as the first point of contact, the role helps streamline customer interactions, reducing demand on call centers and branches.
What will you do?
- Lead day-to-day management and optimization of the bank’s public website.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, compliance and product teams to deliver content and functionality updates.
- Drive SEO, accessibility and user experience enhancements.
- Monitor market trends and work closely with stakeholders through a well-established stakeholder engagement model.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement data driven improvements to positively impact client experience.
- Ensure website security, compliance, reliability and adherence to established standards.
- Lead engagements with external vendors, agencies and technology partners.
- Stay current on digital trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance customer engagement.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related discipline or equivalent education/training in a related field.
- Proven experience managing large scale websites.
- Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, SEO best practices and web analytics
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Solid written communication, facilitation and presentation skills
