WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Regional Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive business and analytical data and strategy evaluation to one of the 4 regional pillars, assisting in the management, optimization and decision-making processes related to the Regional property portfolio as well as the smooth delivery of high-quality operations. The role involves data analysis, market research, lease administration, reporting and project management collaboration to align with CRE’s vision.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Analyze and monitor the real estate portfolio, identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, service level improvement, consolidation, or expansion.
- Maintain up to date records and reports for use in engaging with our internal clients, service partners and functional support partners.
- Assist with financial modelling and collaborate on the creation of business cases and PAR development (for small to medium sized projects)
- Coordination of budget preparation, monitoring spends against budget
- Coordinate market research in key regions working closely with service partners to assess trends, benchmarks, and positioning in key portfolio nodes.
- Monitoring of service partner performance, undertaking trend analysis and identifying opportunities for process and service improvements
- Assist in the development of Options Analysis – the evaluation of potential sites and properties, providing recommendations on location, cost, and technical suitability, working through our service and functional support partners.
- Prepare and coordinate reports and dashboards for presentation to key internal clients and within CRE, liaising as necessary with CRE Centers of Excellence
- Take leadership on the maintenance and updating of playbooks and process documents for the region.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have:
- Knowledge of corporate real estate, financial analysis or business process
- Working knowledge MS office suite and the ability to learn and work within RBC policies & procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

For New York/New Jersey/ California : The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $80,000 - $135,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
For North Carolina and Minnesota the good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $65,000 - $115,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
