What is the Opportunity?
Reporting to the Managing Director Shared Platform Services, CUSO & CMP, the Senior Director will play a crucial role in supporting the management of all CUSO Regulatory Programs collaborating across the Technology Infrastructure (TI) organization. The role is responsible for driving program development, delivery and establishing repeatable processes and tools for remediation of regulatory findings and ensure that all remediation efforts align with broader Bank processes for funding, risk management, regulatory reporting, and executive engagement.
What will you do?
Execution and delivery of Regulatory programs, partnering closely with key Bank stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Regulatory Relations and other peer regulatory teams to ensure program aligns with key Bank expectations.
Monitor and track progress against remediation plan deliverables, using proactive measures to manage emerging risks and issues in accordance to Bank expectations.
Implement and manage key program management processes.
Support the creation of periodic status reporting and other presentation materials on progress against regulatory initiatives milestones for management to deliver to senior management and governance forums.
Support the Director, Regulatory Program Delivery, Infrastructure to define a repeatable methodology and associated toolkit to drive transparent delivery vs. regulatory-committed plans.
What you need to succeed?
Must have:
7-10 years of direct experience leading highly complex and undefined programs, preferably in large, global financial institutions.
Deep expertise in both waterfall and agile program delivery methodologies.
High degree of comfort working in technical teams and with technical subject matter experts, preferably in infrastructure.
Proven ability to translate highly complex technical problems into clear, business language in order to drive shared understanding and issue resolution.
Expert-level relationship-building skills, and the ability to work effectively across a wide range of levels.
Strong communication, collaboration and diplomacy skills, able to build strong relationships in challenging environment.
Prior experience with regulatory-focused projects/initiatives.
Flexible and able to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Works well independently and in a collaborative team setting but does not hesitate to challenge the status quo. Decisive and focused—understands what needs to be done and moves quickly to that end.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $200,000-$325,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
