What is the opportunity?
We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Manager to join our ICFR, Project Management Office (PMO). You will lead or assist with complex and high-impact initiatives supporting the ICFR program, including mentoring junior team members, manage or assist with ICFR projects, including scheduling, project planning, and progress tracking. You will contribute to the ongoing enhancement of processes, workflows, project management approaches, and reporting frameworks to support the ICFR Centre of Excellence (CoE) team.

What will you do?
- Project Management – Lead, oversee, or assist in the development and continuous improvement of project management procedures, documentation, and tools. Support the coordination of large or complex initiatives and mentor junior members on best practices.
- Documentation and Reporting – Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of ICFR reporting and dashboards.
- Process Improvement – Identify opportunities, recommend, and implement enhancements to ICFR processes, documentation, and systems, particularly in higher-risk or cross-functional areas.
- Audit Support – Coordinate with external / internal stakeholders to facilitate audit requests in providing necessary documentation and update of the ICFR program to support audit processes.
- Mentorship – Provide informal mentorship and guidance to Analysts and new team members to strengthen analytical and reporting capabilities within the team.
- Ad Hoc and Senior Management Support – Partner with senior management to support special projects, deep dives, and process analyses. Provide well-researched recommendations and data-driven insights.
- Onboarding/Offboarding of Vendors including contract oversight – Manage and administer system access, assist with troubleshooting or solutioning technology or process related issues, and maintain, oversee, and analyze third party contracts and billings.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders and provide mentorship to junior team members.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, produce high-quality work, and deliver results under minimal supervision. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project.
- Strong time management capabilities; deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and experience with document management and data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint, Tableau, Power Query, Power BI, etc.).
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrated experience handling higher-risk or complex ICFR-related work, including testing, process documentation, or remediation efforts.
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge of SOX, FIDICIA and internal control frameworks, with experience in audit execution or ICFR reporting.
- Experience in a financial institution or technology company, dealing with multiple business platforms, business processes, geographies, and legal entities.
- PMO or advanced project management experience is an asset.
