What is the opportunity?

RBC Capital Markets is seeking a Program Manager within our Operations Technology team (CORE). This is a regulatory project to meet the European T+1 requirements, but has the potential to expand into strategic projects over time.

What will you do?

• Plan and deliver key regulatory and strategic initiatives within Capital Markets Operations (COO) group.

• Leverage your advanced knowledge of project metrics, and reporting to bring clarity to Sr Leadership.

• Ensure that requirements are being met, and delivered against regulatory and internal milestones.

• Oversee performance of CORE engagement and reporting activities and staff. Coaches junior team members and (internal) clients.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Proven experience in delivery of regulatory and multifaceted project.

• Strong experience successfully managing and implementing large scale, high visibility projects.

• Experience in reporting and guiding Senior leadership to understand status and where attention is needed.

• Previous RBC or Financial Services experience.

Nice-to-have

• A strong understanding of settlement, T+1 industry initiatives, or post-trade operations.

• Regulatory Requirements and Delivery.

• Knowledge of Capital Markets technology.
