We’re on the hunt for a creative, people-focused change-maker to join our dynamic team in either the vibrant heart of London or the stunning shores of Jersey, Channel Islands. As our Business Enablement Manager, you’ll be the catalyst for fostering a culture of engagement, seamless communication, and continuous process enhancement that empowers our employees and elevates our client experience.
This is a permanent, full-time role and requires 4 days in the office at either our London or Jersey offices.

- Ignite Employee Engagement: Craft and drive initiatives that build a thriving, inclusive culture, making every team member feel valued and inspired.
- Onboard with Impact: Design and deliver a world-class onboarding experience that sets new starters up for success from day one.
- Communicate with Purpose: Deliver clear, compelling internal communications that keep everyone aligned and informed, while collaborating with Corporate Communications to amplify our voice.
- Champion Our Story: Bring our strategic priorities to life through creative campaigns and townhalls that spark excitement and understanding.
- Marketing Magic: From award-winning submissions to client mailings, ensure every touchpoint reflects our brand’s excellence.
- Enable Excellence: Keep our teams running smoothly by managing CPD tracking and maintaining regulator registers —because the details matter!
- Lead with Vision: Tackle people-centric projects with agility and creativity, always looking for fresh ways to connect strategy to results.
- Inspire and Grow: Partner with teams across the business to drive engagement and nurture the next generation of talent.
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have (What You’ll Bring)
- Experience: A background in Financial Services, Project Management, Communications, or Marketing—you know how to make things happen.
- Creative Flair & Problem-solving Passion: A knack for thinking outside the box and turning ideas into engaging, actionable plans.
- Communication Skills: A wizard with words, whether crafting emails, presentations, or award submissions.
- Eye for Detail: Precision is your middle name—you never miss a beat.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating tools to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
