What is the opportunity?

The role of Associate, Flow Rates Sales, Real Money, is part of the Flow Rates Sales team in London that supports the marketing of Rates products to UK Real Money accounts, actively expanding and enhancing both existing clients and new relationships within the Rates product space.

What will you do?

• Market Rates products to your defined account base with an annually agreed production target.
• Identify key target accounts and focus on coordinated coverage of these clients.
• Ensure that there is a proactive relationship with trading, strategy and origination.
• Work closely with the relationship management teams to co-ordinate coverage of accounts.
• Understand regulatory implications for clients and action with the appropriate team.
• Work according to RBC values, leading by example and driving the business forward.
• Provide ongoing mentoring to the junior members of the team.
• Work closely with the e-commerce team to understand client needs and drive change.
• Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities.

What do you need to succeed?

• Proven experience within Flow Rates Sales focusing on Real Money accounts, operating at Associate level
• Good knowledge of financial products
• Excellent communication skills
• Be a certified person.
• A high level of client experience to provide innovative and effective solutions.
• Word and Excel
