What is the opportunity?
You will ensure EMEA/APAC projects are rigorously governed, delivered on time, and managed within budget, driving strategic outcomes across the region.
Serving as the central information and delivery hub, you will streamline all change and project communications, ensuring transparency and alignment with global stakeholders.

This is a permanent, full-time role and requires 4 days in 100 Bishopsgate, London office.
What will you do?
Manage a local team of PMO analysts (3 members) while actively contributing to team deliverables, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Engage regularly with North American colleagues to ensure seamless alignment and execution of cross-regional initiatives.
Oversee the EMEA/APAC project budget, ensuring accurate forecasting, governance, and management of $20M+ in spend and resources.
Govern, support, and report on the GAM-wide project risk framework, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of risks.
Serve as the primary hub for all project and change-related information, supporting Regulatory, Board, Company, Division, and global stakeholders. Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all projects and changes.
Provide temporary and consultancy resourcing services for the business unit, managing relationships with key vendors and delivering divisional headcount reporting to the COO.
Ensure all work is aligned with clear, measurable business benefits and includes a robust realization plan before proceeding.
Collaborate with key global functions to ensure effective project execution, governance, and oversight.
Champion innovative methods and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across projects.
Drive value through the development of compelling business cases and associated benefit metrics.
Ensure all change initiatives adhere to RBC standards, including updates to the bank’s PPM framework.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Proven experience in financial forecasting, CAPEX, and OPEX management.
Experience with PPM tools such as PlanView.
Ability to understand complex problems and communicate them effectively to both business and technical audiences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to C-suite executives.
Robust analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit team environment.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, showing self-awareness and respect for others.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to the firm’s culture and operating model.
Nice-to-have
Formal qualifications in PMO/PM an advantage.
Asset Management knowledge desirable.
