• originate financing transactions for a cross-divisional team focused on providing financing to family offices, institutional investors, and asset managers on their alternative asset portfolios
• primary assets include private equity, hedge funds, and co-investments
• manage client engagement and deal execution, with support of existing team and resources, from start to finish
• conduct initial risk assessment, pricing and return analysis, negotiation of terms, and follow through to legal documentation and final closing
• engage collaboratively with other deal team members from internal and external legal, credit, due diligence, and capital management
• operate financial models and guide the production of marketing presentations
• collaborate with stakeholders across the UBS Investment Bank, Asset Management and Global Wealth Management

Your team

Based in UBS’ New York office, you will be working within the Global Lending Unit’s Hedge Fund and Private Equity Financing group. This team has a cross-divisional mandate and executes financing transactions for clients of UBS’ Wealth Management and Investment Banking Divisions across a broad range of alternative assets.

• able to assess pools of information and provide implementable solutions to problems
• legal background and experience with financial documentation
• ability to manage multiple projects with a variety of deadlines
• advanced faculty with MS Office
• Series 7 and 63 preferred

Salary information

CA, CO, WA and NY based roles: The salary range for this role is $225,000 to $300,000 based on experience, education, and skill level. This role may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. For benefits information: ubs.com/usbenefits.
