Your role

Thinking about a career in banking, but not sure how to get started? Looking for a real-world experience? Experienced in working with Excel? Look no further! We’re hiring Summer Interns as part of our Global Banking program in New York. As an intern you’ll learn about our business from different viewpoints, giving you a head-start into investment banking. You’ll get to see first-hand how we provide market-leading solutions, work on special projects, and see how we work on innovative deals that are transforming today's corporate landscape.

Your tasks will include evaluating companies, developing models for M&A transactions, preparing industry analyses for pitches, and getting involved in the execution of live deals.

Your team

You’ll be working in our Global Banking team in the Investment Bank. We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.

Your expertise

We’re looking for rising juniors, graduating between December 2025 and June 2026 with a GPA of 3.0 and above. You’re hungry and motivated to work in a business with high demands. We work at a fast pace, so we need you to thrive while working under pressure. You’ll need to think globally and have an innovative outlook on business.

Don’t have a business degree but have a knack for finance? We’re open to all disciplines and candidates with diverse work experience, as long as you have knowledge of the economy and current market trends.

We’re looking for:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills and attention to detail • Professionalism: you can prepare deliverables for meetings with high profile clients and executives; you’re mature and work with integrity and insight under tight deadlines • A team player with strong interpersonal skills, and can also work independently on your own initiatives • Exceptional organizational skills and a precise, efficient approach to your work • A willingness to go above and beyond

Salary information

The base rate of pay offered for this role is $52.88/hour

Your program

On this 10-week summer program, you’ll work with a team of experts and learn about the industry, our clients, and our firm. You’ll get extensive business training and have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and to build your network. And, if you show us, you have the skills to succeed, you’ll be considered to join our Graduate Talent Program once you’ve graduated.
