We’re looking for a desk trade capture specialist to:
• support trading in FX derivatives and act as a point of contact for queries, trade processing and life-cycling tasks
• provide support to the trading desk on trade bookings, reports, liaising with settlement groups and reconciling trades & systems
• help establish a strong risk control environment and ensure trades are reflected in the system in accordance to regulatory requirements
• manage trading flow using the relative systems and also, when necessary, investigate any trade breaks or irregularities
• work with partners in logistics areas to resolve trade discrepancies on new trade events and then suitably escalating high risk items
• investigate and resolve any unexplained P&L as a result of new trade event

Your team

You’ll be working in the FX derivatives trading team in New York. We trade a range of options, swaps and rates products across the global foreign exchange markets with teams in London, New York and Singapore. We provide solutions and execution in a simple, intuitive and flexible way. As a desk trade capture specialist, you’ll play an important role in supporting our Traders service our clients to identify and access the products and liquidity they need.

Your expertise

• hold a university degree
• previous experience working with trade capture and controls, within the finance sector
• process and product knowledge of FX derivatives is preferred
• data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, matplotlib) preferred
• excellent communicator, fluent in English
• able to multitask, stay well organized and you love it when no two days are the same
• resilient team player
