Your role

Do you want to work with clients to help them meet their financial goals? We are looking for someone to partner with Financial Advisors to help provide comprehensive financial planning services to our clients and help identify sound solutions to help our Financial Advisors meet our client's needs. You will:

– go through a robust learning program to develop your skills in financial planning, products and client engagement
– work with financial advisors to evaluate client needs by helping create customized financial plans
– participate in and/or lead financial planning and client discovery conversations
– provide clients with advice and solutions to help them achieve their goals
– support the office leadership team with various key business initiatives

Your team

You’ll be working as part of Wealth Management USA in our Phoenix, AZ office. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.

Your expertise

You have:

– a bachelor's degree
– at least 3 years of work experience
– US work authorization
– experience in sales preferred
– an aptitude for marketing and business development
– securities licenses, SIE, Series 7, Series 66, preferred

You are:

– an analytical thinker, with the ability to provide practical solutions
– an excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
– detail oriented and able to manage a variety of projects
– a dynamic and flexible team player
