Your role

Are you passionate about cloud computing? Do you have an analytical mind? Do you like to gather data from diverse sources for building risk scenarios? Are you a shrewd evaluator of risk?

We’re looking for someone like that who can:

• understand the cloud technology and cloud computing risks
• independently identify various internal and external data sources to collect intelligence about third party Software As A Service providers
• co-relate the seemingly unrelated data points and connect the dots to build risk scenarios
• independently perform IT Risk Assessments
• understand the risk of approving access to SaaS portals and take appropriate decision weighing business need of such access with the risk to UBS data
• interact confidently with technology and non technology stakeholders to gather information
• effectively draft the findings of the risk analysis and risk assessment and communicate it across diverse stakeholders
• identify the remedial actions to close the control gaps
• relentlessly follow up the action plans and track action items to closure
• be specialists at risk report generation
• develop and maintain an effective network of relationships with stakeholders across functions including but not limited to business, service managers, vendor management team
• demonstrate strong investigative and analytical skills
• work with a newly designed risk management process, identify opportunities for the improvement and drive the process improvement

Your team

You'll be working in a global team responsible for developing, designing, implementing and managing third party SaaS Governance Framework. The team is part of CISO function of UBS dedicated to providing cloud advisory and governance services across all the business divisions of UBS across the globe. You will gain insight into tools used to monitor the usage of SaaS portals in the organisation and leverage your knowledge and understanding to perform risk and exception reviews requested by business stakeholders.

Your expertise

You have:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology / Cyber Security / Computer Science or related disciplines
• relevant experience (4 - 8 years) in the same or similar position
• certifications like CISA / CISM / CRISC / CCSA / CCSK will be an added advantage
• prior working experience in Banking and / or Finance industries in security and risk domain
• excellent analytical skills and investigative approach to problem solving
• expertise in creating reports using tools like Power, Tableau etc.
• expertise in building cross team network and connections
• prior experience working with multiple teams (local, virtual / global) and ability to co-ordinate and manage tasks
• exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• the ability to take responsibility and stay focused on objectives with a can-do-attitude
