We’re looking for a Executive Director, Global Markets FX Trader to:

• Provide market make and trade Foreign Exchange Spot, STIR and NDF products to clients from different segments including institutional, corporate and private customers.
• Manage risks of entering and running positions in different major and developing currency markets profitably.
• Develop trading strategies to efficiently manage inventory FX risk using available trading platforms and financial analytics tools.
• Monitor global macro news that influence pricing of currencies and create reports and market updates for clients and management.
• Develop and maintain existing client relationships.
• Oversee other traders and fulfill the supervisory and management tasks including risk monitoring and sign offs, goal setting, and annual performance reviews.

Your expertise

• This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance or a related field of study and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or as a Sales Trader, Emerging Markets Trader, FX Spot Trader, Global Markets Intern, Sales Marketing Intern, Retail Banking Apprentice, or a related occupation.

• Position requires experience with the following:
• Market making and trading Foreign Exchange Spot, STIR or NDF products including major and developing currency markets
• Trading FX products from Emerging Market Regions including APAC, EMEA, and LATAM
• Spot and forward contracts
• Interest Rate Swaps
• Trading technology
• Global markets
• Electronic pricing and risk management tools including FX trading platforms, Reuters, and Bloomberg
• Managing a team of traders as a supervisor
