We’re looking for a Director, EFX Principal Trader to:

• Responsible for handling the trading risks UBS takes on as a result of making markets available electronically to clients covering Foreign Exchange (FX) spot, Non-Deliverable Forward (NDFs), and precious metal transactions.
• Collaborate with the quant trader and quant development teams on system enhancements to improve performance.
• Apply overrides, parameter changes and manual hedging to maximize business performance under varying market conditions and varying types of client activity.
• Responsible for navigating system outages and extreme market events.
• Understand and minimize daily contra-revenue items both externally and internally.
• Utilize specialized knowledge with internal compliance and business procedures to ensure that the global electronic trading desk complies with all elements of local, state, federal, and international regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Management, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as an Electronic FX Principal Trader, FX Spot Trading Intern or related occupation.
