Your role

We're looking for ambitious students to join our Investment Banking Insights Program at our New York City headquarters.

Your team

Our Investment Bank’s Global Banking division provides coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• will graduate between December 2026 and June 2027 and has a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA • is a sophomore, regardless of background and identity, who’s interested in exploring opportunities in Investment Banking • has a passion for financial markets and is a detail-oriented problem solver • is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills • has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative • is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Your program

During our program taking place on 21 February in New York City, you’ll hear from senior speakers, and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You'll be given valuable connections along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams. You’ll also network with people from across our business, including current graduates who have already made the journey that you are starting out on. You will have the opportunity to interview for the 2026 Global Banking Summer Internship Program where you may receive an offer to join us next year.
