Your role
Do you have a proven ability to create a business development strategy? Are you an expert when it comes to implementing sales growth plans?
We’re looking for an Associate Market Executive to:
• act as a deputy to the Market Executive in the daily management of the Market
• develop a structured coaching program for financial advisors, helping them identify and achieve their growth needs
• run regular sales meetings, assist with implementing growth initiatives, evaluate progress and create action plans to address underperformance
• when appropriate, manage and resolve all escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks
• assist with selecting, hiring and on-boarding of financial advisors and oversee conversion of those transitioning
• serve as financial advisor to personal clients while managing market responsibilities

The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your expertise
• ideally 2 years of experience in a similar role within a leading financial institution
• proven leadership experience
• series 7, 66, and 9/10
• motivated, self-directed and driven
• skilled at creating a positive business culture (you have the human touch)
