• design, implement, and manage a comprehensive internship program that aligns with the firm’s strategic long term talent goals
• create a structured curriculum, including rotational assignments, projects, and mentorship opportunities
• manage and lead our Skillbridge Program that supports transitioning service members to bridge the gap between end of service and the beginning of their civilian careers
• establish clear performance expectations and evaluation criteria for interns
• partner with HR and Campus Recruiting team to identify and attract top talent from the target universities and programs
• screen, interview, and lead the selection process for candidates
• provide ongoing support and guidance to interns throughout the program
• Foster a positive and inclusive internship culture
• Collect and analyze feedback from interns, manager, and other stakeholders to assess the program’s effectiveness
• Track key metrics, such as intern satisfaction, retention rates, licensing, and impact to business
• work on exciting and new business initiatives with our talent & development team
• promote open job req’s through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks

The UBS Wealth Advice Center is a UBS branch committed to providing advice and guidance to Emerging Affluent clients through a consistently delivered digital client experience.

The UBS Wealth Advice Center currently serves over 300,000 clients. Our clients are served remotely (phone) by a team of more than 150 professionals including both Financial Advisors and Client Service Associates—who work individually with clients to understand their needs and assist them in achieving their goals.

Our program, together with the vast resources available to you at UBS, is designed to enable you to build and deepen relationships in our existing client base by providing them with exceptional wealth management services and solutions.

Your expertise

You have:
• the ability to commute to the Weehawken, NJ office 4-days a week minimum
• a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 3+ years’ work experience in financial services
• proven experience in program management, talent acquisition, or human resources
• strong understanding of the wealth management industry and its talent needs
• excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills
• strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
• passion for developing early-career talent and creating exceptional experiences
• known for getting things done and inspiring others to follow you
• able to manage projects independently while assuming a high level of responsibility
