Your role
We're looking for a PART-time client associate to work in our Pasadena, CA office for a dynamic Wealth Management team. This is an in-office position, and we are looking for a local candidate.

We’re looking for Client Associate to:
• Promptly answer and respond to telephone inquiries to resolve client questions to your best ability
• Handle and gather confidential information for opening new accounts and service requests
• Educate clients transitioning to online services and instruct mobile application capabilities
• Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries
• Accurately process and follow up on disbursements
• Enter client data in company software systems
• Assist the team with delegated assignments by branch management

• Pasadena: the salary range for this role is $55000 to $70000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team
You'll be working part-time in the Pasadena, CA office where we provide advice-based solutions.
Our financial advisors deliver a fully integrated set of products and services specifically designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families.
Your expertise
• Bachelors degree preferred but not required
• Ideally 1-5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• Personable, attentive, and detail oriented
• Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Willingness to achieve goals and self-improvement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Series 7 & 66 licenses as well as Life and Health insurance preferred but not required
