Your role

Our Insured Solutions Sales Desk is expanding to better support financial advisors as they integrate insurance and annuity solutions into their practices. As a Concierge Specialist, you’ll deliver a high-touch, frictionless service experience alongside senior sales specialists--and play a key role in how we serve the next generation of financial professionals.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• partner closely with sales specialists to support the end-to-end sales process
• create a streamlined, advisor-friendly experience that promotes confidence and efficiency
• proactively identify and resolve service issues that may delay or complicate the sales process
• collaborate with internal teams including Central Supervision, Operations, Licensing and IT to ensure timely execution and smooth delivery of solutions
• build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, annuity company wholesalers, insurance general agents and support personnel
• support the integration of technology platforms and tools to boost operational efficiency
• create, maintain and deliver training and education materials to financial advisors and support staff
• partner with the management team and relevant stakeholders to find new and innovative ways to increase scale and efficiency to grow the business

Your team

Your role will be on the Insured Solutions Group, part of CIO & Investment Solutions within UBS Wealth Management Americas. You will join a team of insurance and annuity product and sales specialists, advising financial advisors and field leaders on insurance and annuity solutions. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing team focused on elevating the advisor and client experience.

Your expertise

• ideally a bachelor’s degree
• ideally 2+ years of experience in financial services or insurance industry (preferred)
• strong communication and organizational skills
• the ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• a service-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• detail-oriented with strong follow-through on tasks and commitments
