Are you passionate about bringing the right talent to a firm? Are you good at stakeholder management? Are you data-driven and savvy about digital marketing and student events? We’re looking for a Campus Marketing and University Relations Lead to join our US Campus Talent Attraction team and drive a high-impact campus marketing strategy for the Wealth Advice Center (WAC).

The WAC team is embarking on an incredible growth journey, with a strategic plan to triple their business over the next three years. To fuel this expansion, we're looking for exceptional Talent Attraction and Campus Recruitment professionals who are as passionate about building high-performing teams as we are.

As a Campus Marketing and University Relations Lead, you will:
• own the attraction and marketing strategy for the WAC
• work with wealth management business stakeholders and recruiters to ensure the strategy is fit for purpose and is well executed
• build strong relationships with local universities (careers services and relevant faculties) and student clubs
• plan, organize and coordinate impactful campus events
• design and implement engaging and relevant marketing tactics to drive junior talent to join our team
• manage the campus marketing budget for the WAC and optimize initiatives / partnerships for best ROI
• create content to raise awareness for the WAC as a great career choice for junior talent

Detailed salary information:
• New York: the salary range for this role is $110000 to $135000

Our Junior Talent and Talent Attraction function is tasked with the exciting task to bring talent to the bank, as well as running our campus programs. We’re passionate about what we do and focused on where and how to make the biggest business impact. You’ll be part of the Talent Attraction team reporting to our Campus Talent Attraction Lead in the US. Together we drive change and impact by exciting campus talent to join UBS. And we're also fun to work with.

Your expertise

You have:
• +7 years of experience with campus marketing, university relations, event organization or campus recruiting, ideally within financial services
• a good understanding of the university- and competitor landscape in the US
• experience in building relationships with stakeholders and candidates
• an eye for good content and a good understanding of digital marketing
• a bachelor’s degree or equivalent

You are:
• strategic but also hands-on, a strong executer who gets things done
• great with stakeholders and know how to handle challenging situations
• a good person to work with who thrives in a global team and inspires others to do their best work
• super organized and a good presenter

Salary information
