Your role
Do you enjoy working directly with Financial Advisors and their clients? Are you driven and sales oriented with a history of delivering results?
If so, we are looking for someone to:
• develop a fluency in all Advisory platforms and proprietary/non-proprietary investment solutions offered at UBS
• spend four days per week in branches presenting at sales meetings, engaging in one-on-one consultations with FA's addressing advisory education, case consultations, product implementation, and facilitating practice management thought leadership
• communicate the UBS and Advisory value proposition to Financial Advisors, Field Leaders, Clients, Financial Advisor Recruits, and 3rd Part Asset Management partners
• leverage CIO insights to drive portfolio construction and informed investment selection while ensuring alignment with a client’s risk profile, investment objectives, and suitability
• advise Financial Advisors on practice management – how to effectively implement, manage, and scale an advisory business along with navigating platform migration/logistics
• build rapport with Financial Advisors and Field Leaders in your assigned coverage region and proactively address needs by providing meaningful insights identified through a data driven sales and engagement process
• integrate knowledge of products and services in collaboration with stakeholder partners to identify cross selling opportunities

Your team
Our team of dedicated Advisory Sales Consultants are a trusted extension of our Financial Advisors' practices and the Regional Management teams. By collaborating with Field Leaders, Regional Sales Teams, Field Consultants and 3rd Party Asset Management partners, we empower our FAs to grow and strengthen the efficiency, sustainability and profitability of their practices. Consultants will strategize with FAs on how to best utilize UBS intellectual capital, thought leadership, offerings, and capabilities with the goal of driving increased advisory AUM and revenue. By incorporating a data driven sales and engagement process, the focus is to identify opportunities within a client's portfolio to add value via advisory solutions.
The consultant will have a dedicated coverage region, be located in market and will spend much of their time meeting with FAs and Field Leaders to identify opportunities to drive value, educate and train Advisors, and meet with clients and prospects to represent our firm's advisory platform while engaging in portfolio and asset allocation discussions.
Your expertise
• series 7 and 66 licenses (required within 60 days of hire)
• ideally10+ Years of Experience in a Wealth Management field facing sales role (preferably in an Advisory capacity) or an asset management sales role
• able to discuss and have full understanding of the broad market and economic environment
• strong verbal and written communication skills
• driven and sales oriented with a history of delivering results
