Your role
Action-oriented and growth-minded sales and business development executive whose primary guiding principle is to coordinate organizational resources, content, and training to drive revenue and net new money across the Northeast Region.
Responsibilities
• Strategic thinker with the ability to build and manage internal and external relationships.
• Strong communicator who can effectively commercialize themes, content, and implementation ideas to Field Leaders (Market Executives, Market Directors Assistant Market Executives) and Financial Advisors.
• Identify growth opportunities within Markets, Branches, and FA books of business and coordinate action plans with Assistant Market Executives (AME’s) and Internal Consultants to focus appropriate resources to these Markets and FA segments.
• Lead Regional efforts around development and implementation of new client acquisition strategies in partnership with National Sales, STAAT, Workplace Wealth Solutions, and other key stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies, product launches and key Firm initiatives.
• Establish a regular communication cadence with the AME’s to drive growth-focused best practices, idea generation, along with education and awareness of the new solutions and sales campaigns.
• Coordinate with National Sales to ensure alignment in messaging and implementation of themes and strategies across regions.
• Assist Field Leaders in recruiting efforts by being a conduit to help deliver the Firm.
• Help drive retention efforts of financial advisors, including developing a structured coaching program and establishing a process to help identify and achieve their growth and productivity needs

Your team
You’ll be working as part of Wealth Management USA, reporting directly to the Northeast Regional Director. You will work closely with our Field Leaders and Financial Advisors. You will be instrumental in helping individuals and families meet their financial goals by working in concert with our Financial Advisors and other key stakeholders who deliver solutions, products and services designed for them. You're responsible for building relationships with the regional staff, Financial Advisors and Field Management while positioning yourself as a key facilitator of business growth
Your expertise
• Over ten years of experience with a leading financial institution.
• Experience working with field leadership teams and financial advisors.
• Strong knowledge in financial markets.
• Series 7, 66 and are willing to get 9/10 within 6 months of your start date.
You are:
• Able to proactively drive sales and business development.
• Skilled at building relationships at all levels and locations of the organization.
• Willing to collaborate with all parts of the firm and grow with your peers, sharing sales best practices and successes to bring everyone to the next level.
• An innovative thinker willing to challenge the status quo in a professional and productive manner.
