We are looking for someone like this to join our GFIW Business Development team in the US who can
• Directly support the Head of GFIW Business Development in the US, and ultimately the Head of UHNW Plus and GFIW Americas, to help GFIW continue to achieve its potential.
• Play a key role in strategic business planning, and project management to maximize the revenue of the group
• Lead execution of high-profile projects, create reports and presentations for senior management and proactively manage day-to-day activities.
• Serve as first point-of-contact, alongside the Head of GFIW Business Development in the US, for key internal and external stakeholders who have GFIW-related questions, want to discuss potential opportunities or any other ad-hoc requests.
• Work closely with the UHNW Plus/GFIW Relationship Managers, Associate Relationship Managers and Business/Risk Management team to drive results and resolve any business issues.
• Collaborate with partners across Sales, Marketing, and Analytics to deliver relevant, targeted institutional-type investment content to clients on a regular basis.
• Gain exposure to and develop an in-depth understanding of the full suite of UBS capabilities across the Investment Bank, Wealth Management and Asset Management.

Your team
You'll be working in the Americas Business Development team of Global Family and Institutional Wealth (GFIW), based in New York. As a member of the GFIW team, you will also collaborate with the Business Development Leads in Europe and Asia, other GFIW team members globally and the UHNW Plus/GFIW team in the US. GFIW delivers holistic, cross-divisional solutions to family offices and institutional investors.
Your expertise
• At least 3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, Consulting, or Wealth Management ideally covering institutional-type clients
• An innovative mindset and love of fixing problems and making things better
• Very organized, with great planning skills, project management, and efficient time management
• Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
• An excellent communicator, with great presentation skills
• A bachelor’s degree
• You’ll be expected to work at our 11 Madison Avenue office at least 4 days a week
