You will:
• ensure proper execution of the client experience for UBS Wealth Advice Center emerging affluent and core affluent clients; the UBS Wealth Advice Center's 250+ Financial Advisors serve ~300,000 clients with aggregate assets of ~$20Bn
• demonstrate the ability to inspire and guide a team toward achieving shared goals through supporting the Team Managers and team overall
• coach and develop Client Experience Associates in areas such as platform knowledge, research, tool usage, retirement planning, business excellence training, and solutions that are critical to the WAC's ability to deliver an excellent client experience
• be held accountable for driving and executing various business initiatives that are in line with the WAC’s growth plan
• work with Leadership team and associates to drive a high-performance growth culture
• consistently seek and apply feedback to refine skills and ensure ongoing growth
• assist with the overall supervision, management and running of the day-to-day functions of the office

The UBS Wealth Advice Center is a UBS branch located in Weehawken, NJ and Charlotte, NC committed to providing advice and guidance to Emerging Affluent clients through a consistently delivered hybrid digital client experience.

Our team currently serves over 200,000 clients. Our clients are served over the phone by a team of more than 300 professionals including both Financial Advisors and Client Service Associates who work individually with clients to understand their needs and assist them in achieving their goals.

As a Team Lead, you will work closely with the Team Manager to support the day-to-day management of Client Experience Associates. In this role, you will help coordinate team operations, provide guidance to the team, and ensure the smooth execution of business objectives. Your responsibilities will include assisting with performance tracking, delivering feedback, and fostering a collaborative environment that drives both team success and an exceptional client experience. This role is designed to build leadership skills and prepare you for future management opportunities.

Your expertise

You have:
• a Bachelor's degree from an acredited institution
• SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licenses. Series 9/10 preferred or ability to obtain within 150 days of accepting the position
• proven success in a sales or client focused role
• a willingness to learn and grow with an openness to feedback and continuous improvement
• a strong desire to build relationships enhancing an established culture
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ability to think strategically and articulate thoughts in a clear and professional manner

You are:
• known for driving results and inspiring others to achieve their best
• highly detail-oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• able to manage your time well and handle a large workload in a fast-paced environment
