Your role
Responsible for AI Enablement within the Data, Analytics and Foundational Platform team (DAFP), you will help assess, shape and progress cutting-edge technology solutions and ensure they are implemented and governed in accordance with UBS standards. You will help to synthesize, track and measure the portfolio of AI products to satisfy business and policy needs.
• work with SMEs across technology, product management, legal, compliance, etc. to move cutting edge products forward in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies and governance requirements
• help develop and implement governance frameworks for AI and analytics within Wealth Management Americas, aligning with the bank’s strategic goals and regulatory requirements
• maintain/ track and detail the AI product portfolio in accordance with business and policy needs
• AI-related initiative management support activities as needed

• New York: the salary range for this role is $135000 to $175000

You'll be part of our STAAT AI Transformation Team within the Data & Analytics Foundational Platforms group.
Your expertise
• Bachelor’s degree
• understanding of AI and analytics capabilities and considerations
• experience working with internal SME’s e.g. technology specialists, legal, compliance, etc. to drive product implementations
• at least some familiarity with AI-related US requirements e.g. data protection, data privacy
• experience in a regulated financial services environment driving product approvals and requirements, including internal policy compliance, process and documentation requirements, key controls requirements, measurements and risk-related performance tracking/ reporting
• proficiency in English
