We’re looking for a Technical Program manager with Deep Bank Deposits, Cash Management and Money Movement domain expertise to:

• drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm
• lead modernization of bank deposits products and services from Mainframe to cloud and modern technologies
• work using modern concepts like Cloud, Data Mesh, and AI tools
• leverage deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories for developing innovative solutions, while simultaneously effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams
• strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals
• advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve beneficial outcomes across technology, digital and business lines
• develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of front-to-back technology solutions
• identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum
• collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
• manage key stakeholders across producer and consumers organizations
• lead planning and execution of project deliverables aligning with the larger book of the work for the organization
• utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Your team

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the CTO stream in Weehawken, NJ, helping to design platforms for our diversified business lines and banking functions.

Your expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes, and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance
• strong knowledge of software design patterns, architectures, and development methodologies
• prior banking deposits and money movement domain expertise strongly preferred
• able to apply architectural principles, methods, and tools to business challenges
• exceptional communication skills and the demonstrable ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations
