Your role
• Ensure the technical health of the branch(s) by performing and supporting all necessary infrastructure related
activities
• Assist users with set up and training of all tech applications and provide ongoing support as needed
• Support all technology rollouts and initiatives
• Be the initial point-of-contact for all office and end-user technology issues
• Track all end user hardware on an ongoing basis (e.g. machines, monitors, printers, etc.)
• Support the branch management team administratively
• Collaborate with the Field Technology Liaison and escalate any unresolved issues.
• Assist with the onboarding process of new hires, rehires, interns, and recruit teams, providing a white-glove experience, especially in the initial interactions.
Additional Requirements:
• Required to be in office 5 days per week.
• Ability to work an average of 2 Sundays per year (only a few hours).
• Comfortable with public speaking during system rollouts for the Region.
• Capable of being on your feet for extended periods and occasionally lifting 10- 20 lbs.
• Visit each of our 3 branch offices (Rockland, Wellesley, Peabody) monthly to address tech issues onsite.

You’ll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. As a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll play an important role in supporting our Financial Advisor teams and field leadership in order to provide them with the technology infrastructure and production stability necessary to drive and grow their business.
Your expertise
• 2+ years of office experience
• Knowledge of the personal computer (PC), Windows operating system and Microsoft Office software
• Proven written and verbal communication skill
• Independent, motivated, proactive and focused to take action
• Self-starter who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations
You are:
• Self-motivated, able to work as part of a collaborative team, as well as with a high degree of autonomy, set
priorities and manage deadlines
• Adept with technology and is comfortable learning and supporting the branch's technology infrastructure
• A strong communicator, written and verbal
• A team-player, enthusiastic, positive, polished, poised and professional
• A problem solver with strong decision-making skills
• Lead challenging conversations with empathy, patience, and clarity.
