We’re looking for a team member in our Global Markets Financial Resource Management (FRM) team to:
• provide oversight for the Global Markets financial resources (RWA, Balance sheet, Liquidity, Funding Costs)
• optimize the business capital and liquidity costs in relation to regulations across multiple jurisdictions and internal requirements
• provide transparency, insight and advice to desk and business heads across the Global Markets business and US regional management
• develop an in-depth understanding of the US regional structure, stress testing elements and capital requirements
• partner with Treasury in managing local entity liquidity and other relevant resource targets

Your team

You’ll be working in the Global Markets FRM team in New York. We manage and optimize Financial Resources and Capital costs for the Global Markets Business within the Investment Bank. In this role, you’ll play an important role in driving profitability for the business.

Your expertise

• undergraduate/Master degree in Economics, Finance or Financial Engineering background preferably
• comprehensive understanding of Equities and Fixed Income businesses
• experience with derivative financial instruments
• strong mathematical and analytical skills
• intellectually curious with the determination to investigate and challenge
• ideally 3+ years experience working in the Financial Services industry
• ideally prior exposure to Risk Weighted Asset (RWA) concepts
• financial or risk qualification preferred (CFA, CPA, FRM)
• experience with data analytics, coding and/or AI are a positive
