We’re looking for an Associate Director, Tech Engineer to:
• Create, automate, and execute test scenarios for applications and technical environments.
• Architect, design, develop and maintain the front-end and service-layer of a large-scale internet platform using Java and JavaScript based technologies.
• Document and control test activities and present and explain test results. Triage along with teams across diﬀerent geographic locations.
• Support the business on day to day functioning from an IT support point of view.
• Suggest technical solutions to the business that are cost effect and can be achieved in the shortest amount of time. Keep the platform architecture current with modern times.
• Factor current day risks particularly around cyber risk around protecting the platform and its data from unauthorized intrusion.

Education & Experience Requirement

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any) or a related field of study plus 6 years of experience in the job offered or 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or a related occupation.

Position requires experience with the following:

• Java; JavaScript; UNIX; SQL; REACT JS;
• Spring framework; Agile methodologies; DevOps using Gitlab; Hashicorp Vault; Cloud solutions in Azure.
• Can work remotely.
