We’re looking for a Director, Exotic Equity Options Trader to:

• Price and make markets in equity exotic option payouts including structures notes and institutional exotic structures.
• Facilitate client order flow by providing liquidity through various hedging strategies. Work closely with sales and distribution, structuring, and quant teams to generate revenue and grow the franchise.
• Monitor market developments and trading opportunities. Functionally manage trading, execution, operational, and compliance risk.
• Follow regulations and internal policies, including quality of execution, pricing, hedging, trading limits, and compliance policies.

Your expertise

• Education & Experience Requirement
• This position requires Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Financial Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or related field of study plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered or as a Quantitative Analyst, or related occupation.

• Position requires experience with the following:
• pricing, trading, and hedging an advanced and full spectrum of exotic equity payouts, hedge strategies
• monitoring higher order risk factors that characterize exotics books
• risk mitigation techniques, providing liquidity through various hedging strategies, and following regulations and internal policies
• remaining updated with market developments and trading opportunities, trading and execution, advanced coding, including python
• advance modeling frameworks, including stochastic vol models, statistical back testing of portfolio positions, and equity derivative architecture frameworks
