We are seeking a Communications and Project Management Lead to help shape the future of how we communicate with clients across all channels—starting with our Banking transformation.

As a key member of the Banking Modernization initiative, you will:
• lead the development and execution of a strategic communications framework for new savings and checking offerings, ensuring alignment with regulatory, legal, and user experience standards
• build and maintain a comprehensive communications inventory, driving visibility, prioritization, and accountability across teams
• collaborate with stakeholders across Legal & Compliance, UI/UX, and product to define messaging standards and ensure consistency across all client-facing and internal materials
• serve as a strategic advisor in the creation of future-state communications, helping to define how we engage clients across digital and physical channels
• lead initiatives to establish enterprise-wide messaging standards and contribute to the design of a client preference center that enables personalized communication delivery
• partner with technology and marketing teams to assess and recommend future-state systems and tools that will support scalable, compliant, and dynamic communications
• ensure all communications are finalized, branded, and archived with appropriate metadata and dynamic content attributes

Your team

You’ll be joining a cross-functional team at the forefront of transforming how we deliver banking services to clients. As part of the Banking Modernization program, your work will directly support the launch of new savings and checking products and help define the communications strategy that will scale across the enterprise. This is a unique opportunity to help build something new—while setting the foundation for how we communicate with clients for years to come.

Your expertise

• ideally 7+ years of experience in communications, project management, or digital transformation—preferably within financial services or banking
• demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and build frameworks from the ground up
• strong understanding of regulatory and legal considerations in client communications
• proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant messaging
• excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, tone, and user experience
• experience with content management systems, martech platforms, or client preference tools is a plus
• working knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, or PMP certification a plus)
