We’re looking for a BUSA Service Strategy & Transformation Lead who will:
• own and develop objectives for the strategic roadmap based on opportunities within broader Banking Client Services & Transformation organization
• cross-collaboration with varying business owners, banking product owners and technology business partners to drive innovation, efficiency and deployment of enhancements
• conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology, etc.)
• collect and analyze data to make data driven decisions and business proposals for investment(s) and enhancement(s)
• develop business case(s) to support initiatives across banking products
• stay abreast of industry research, innovative technologies, efficient processes and competitive landscape

• New Jersey: the salary range for this role is $85000 to $120000.
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team

You’ll be part of the Banking Service Transformation team, a small cohesive group that drives GWM Banking Americas deposits strategies and leads end-to-end buildout of product solutions for UBS Bank USA (BUSA) Checking and Savings accounts. You will play a critical role in developing new retail banking solutions for clients of WM USA.

Your expertise

• a university degree or ideally 10 - 12+ years of equivalent experience
• extensive knowledge of banking products, client services, and operations management
• experience with strategy/transformation, technical/non-technical business requirement drafting, and deployment of enhancements
• experience in cross-collaborative environments and navigating challenging conversations
• excellent change management and communication skills
• strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as analytical abilities
