Your role

We are looking for a Banking Money Movement Product Lead who will:
• lead banking Checking and Savings money movement initiatives, designing product solutions in partnership with the digital and technology teams and solving cross-segment product structure and build challenges
• be responsible for money movement solutions that are either field / branch initiated or online, including those connected to checking, savings, overdraft and products including bill pay, funds transfer, mobile deposit capture, and wire transfer services
• lead in creating money movement product ideas related to strategy, followed by analysis and plan execution and present findings and trends to senior management
• be the money movement subject matter expert with a detailed understanding of inter relationships, appreciation of regulatory and risk requirements, field and client experience and operational processes for effective execution between the broker dealer and the bank
• represent the deposits business as the SME for build the bank initiatives and actively participate in designing and build out of solutions, including requirements gathering, testing and managing rollouts to clients and the field; focus on internal channels as well as external channels, such as web
• partner with internal business partners (Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Risk, IT etc.) on regulatory items, business development and products and service enhancements
• ensure buildout of effective risk management framework and process for the Bank, leveraging and modifying those which exist in the broker dealer including policies, procedures and controls
• assist with contract reviews and negotiations, including documenting the scope of the relationship
• partner with internal client experience, digital and technology teams to conduct market research for assigned products and services to create and enhance business cases.
• assist in speaking to Financial Advisors and private bankers to provide product support, answer product-related questions and gather feedback
• use data driven insights and analytics to enhance existing initiatives and build business cases to support new initiatives for wealth management clients

• Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $225000 to $275000

Your team

As part of the Deposits team, you will be a member of a small cohesive group that drives GWM Banking Americas business strategies and leads end-to-end buildout of money movement solutions for UBS Bank USA (BUSA) Checking and Savings accounts in partnership with digital and technology teams. You will play a critical role in developing retail banking solutions for clients of WM USA.

Your expertise

• a university degree, MBA and/or ideally 10 years of experience including 5+ years of retail banking focused on wealth client banking services, savings & deposits products
• subject matter expertise in wealth management products, particularly bank deposits and checking and savings accounts
• Understanding and experience with building out money movement including linkages between bank and broker dealer
• commercial Banking, or Private Banking knowledge, as well as product knowledge with in depth understanding of the rules and regulations that govern banking payments and deposit solutions
• proven track record operating in a regulated bank and brokerage environment, preferably providing banking services to HNW/UHNW clients
• excellent understanding of financials and trade-offs related to incentives and experience communicating internal and external sales and marketing materials related to banking
• Series 7 is a plus
